Matt Zavakos
Matrix co-founder and President Matt Zavakos is one of several resident technical gurus with over 20 years background in the industry.
He got into the business because he liked the toys and he sticks with it due to a great roster of the clients and the challenges of
each new project. When asked what sports team Matrix resembles, he says a European soccer team: the players all know where their teammates
are headed and they focus on a common goal.

Scott Stephenson
With over ten years experience in business and consulting, Scott Stephenson co-founded Matrix. It was Stephenson’s business plan that rounded
out Zavakos’ idea that a “dream team” of technical experts paired with the best gear in the industry could fill a void in the world of audio
visual technology. What sports team does Stephenson think Matrix resembles? The Harlem Globetrotters.

Russ Wilson
Heading up government sales for Matrix, Russ Wilson brings to the staff a sense of humor befitting a Liberal Studies major and a former third
grade teacher. Like Stephenson, Wilson is a former paratrooper with diverse skills and experience. He has a natural inclination toward geeky
technical matters and an innate understanding of the needs of government clients.

Chad Stukey
As one of the top systems installers in the area, Chad Stukey brings a wealth of hands-on experience to every Matrix project. The types of complex,
integrated systems—all customized for each client—that Stukey must install requires a diverse set of talents and knowledge. Stukey is a meticulous
technician who can see both the big picture and the minutiae of every job.

Jillian Craft
Part livestock wrangler, part drill sergeant, Jillian Craft serves the Matrix team well as the Office Manager. Known affectionately as
“Queen of the Nerds,” Craft proudly claims to be the only one in the office who can drive F-250s in high heels. None of the guys stepped
forward to dispute this claim. Craft has both the technical expertise and the saucy disposition to keep her fellow Matrix staffers in line.

Terry Pardue
In 2006 Terry Pardue retired from 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force, joining Matrix with a sterling history of audio
visual experience. As part of the White House Communications Agency, he was an AV technician for the President and Vice President of the United States.
At the Pentagon, he provided mobile communications support to the Secretary of Defense.

Troy Maestas
Serving as one of Matrix’s senior onsite technical personnel, Troy Maestas is a renaissance man with a broad range of skills. Installed full time
in a client’s office, Maestas is called on to manage all audio visual requirements from meeting assistance to VTC support. In his spare time,
he serves on the board of a local nonprofit group. "I sit on the board of directors for a nonprofit origination No “MO” Violence cultural dance group.
We work with at risk youth to give them other options and teach them about their culture. We teach the kids Mexican folk dances, hip hop and break
dancing. I also help organize events and other various activities within the dance group." |

James Gordon
James is not only the newest member of the Matrix team, but also the most laid back. When not acting as ace installer and company whipping boy, James can be found either on the slopes with his snowboard or thinking about being on the slopes with his snowboard. No matter the situation or installation, James is the man to get your AV system up and running. |
